The Grand Debates

6th June 2024 heralded two epic debates at the Budleigh Salterton Probus Club.
The first was a debate of who should be saved from a falling balloon.
Competing for their lives were:-
Mickey Mouse, Isambard kingdom Brunel, Donald Trump, Dr. Katalin Kariko, Sir John Betjeman and James Bond.

Following the balloon debate the motion ‘This house believes that zoos should be banned’ was hotly contested. Siorry, no photos of this one.
